Sanef Group (SkyToll, Eurotoll & Sanef Tolling)
The Sanef group is a concessionaire and operator of a 1750 km network of motorways in the North and East of France and in Normandy through its subsidiary Société des Autoroutes Paris Normandie (Sapn). Sanef, which was created in 1963, had a turnover of €1.4 billion in 2009 and a staff of 3600 employees; since 2006, Sanef is part of the abertis group of Spain.
The Sanef group has built up expertise in five areas:
- main businesses: as motorway concessionaire and operator,
- related activities: telematics, telecommunications, and promotion of service areas.
Sanef operates the motorways for which it holds the concession with the maximum of efficiency, maintaining the highest levels of safety, convenience and traffic flow for its customers. Sanef has also acquired particular expertise in terms of fixed operating systems (toll payment, traffic control and telecommunications) and, in particular, software suites for toll payment.
